Crazy Wednesday

I guess I will never really learn how to spell Wednesday. It is just one of those words that my mind just can't ever seem to get a grasp on. I think it is the d and n order. It doesn't make sense, but then again, hardly any spelling in English does. So yesterday I didn't update. I'm sorry, to those that might actually read this. I went to school and came home and made truffles with Mom. They turned out delicious. I am going to eat one in a minute, that is if there are any left.

Today has been crazy. Well, at least the weather has been. It has been really windy and it has rained on and off a lot. Now the sun is out and acting like it has been out all day. I wish it would just make up its mind.

So here is the poem for today. It is a little bit of Spring. This week has felt like spring. Maybe spring will come soon this year. I hope so.

A Prayer in Spring
Oh, give us pleasure in the flowers today;
And give us not to think so far away
As the uncertain harvest; keep us here
All simply in the springing of the year.

Oh, give us pleasure in the orchard white,
Like nothing else by day, like ghosts by night;
And make us happy in the happy bees,
The swarm dilating round the perfect trees.

And make us happy in the darting bird
That suddenly above the bees is heard,
The meteor that thrusts in with needle bill,
And off a blossom in mid air stands still.

For this is love and nothing else is love,
To which it is reserved for God above
To sanctify to what far ends he will,
But which it only needs that we fulfill.

Robert Frost
