Posting along

Well I didn't post yesterday, but at least I'm posting today. That is a new record for me I think.

So here is the revised version of the last poem.

When the Sun Comes

When the sun comes back out,
Then perhaps I'll no longer cry at night.
When the sun comes back out,
Then perhaps there will be joy again.

When the sun comes back out,
Then perhaps I will sing again.
When the sun comes back out,
Then perhaps I will laugh more.

When the sun comes back out,
Then my life will be changed.
When the sun comes back out,
Then your face I will see.

But only when the sun comes!

This next poem is one that actually got published in my churches newsletter when I was younger. It was the first poem that I ever got published. If I remember correctly there were a few lines that got messed up in the publishing process and I was a little upset about it, but what can you do?

When the Music Plays

When the music plays, the world just seems to fade.
When the music plays, everything has flown away.
When the music plays, all my problems are striped away.
When the music plays, it seems like a brand-new day.

When the music plays, nothing is quiet the same.
When the music plays, everything is like a dream.
When the music plays, I just seem to float away.
When the music plays, the winds like a shimmering cloak.

When the music plays, time seems to stand still.
When the music plays, I know everything will be well.
When the music plays, all my problems aren't  there.
When the music plays, I don’t have a single care.

When the music plays.

Every day I am feeling better and better. I got my sutures out today and I have to say my mouth is starting to feel better. Hopefully soon I will be back to normal. I have been taking less and less of Tylenol. That is a good thing. At least it feels good to not have as much pain.
Well until next time... Keep on writing.
