Eating, chatting, and posting.

I am currently eating, chatting to Cait on AIM, and posting. I am so awesome. You know you are jealous. No really, I'm not that awesome. So without further vanity, here is the post for the day.

Freedom

Freedom is more than doing what you want.
Freedom is being able to see things in your own way.

Freedom is being able to spread your wings and fly off into the horizon.
Freedom is being able to be what and who you want to be.

Yet freedom is still much more than this.
Freedom is being able to take off the chains that bind you to the wall.

Freedom is being able to leave your cold, damp cell.
Freedom is what everyone dreams of even if they are told they are free.

So what does it truly mean to be free?
Maybe one day we will know, but for right now we shall continue to dream of being free.

I really like this next one. I already revised it a little bit. Just a few things here and there. I think there are still things to fix. All in all it is a good poem.

The Perfect Time of Year

In the sky the clouds are many.
On the ground the leaves move freely.
In the house all is warm and toasty.
It is the perfect time of the year.

The children run outside so happily.
They jump and shout with so much joy.
The ground is covered in leaves moving free.
This is the perfect time of the year.

The crunch of the leaves is head as the children run freely.
The cold can't keep them away,
They are wrapped in coats to keep them warm and toasty.
This is the perfect time of the year.

The children have fun as they laugh and play with joy.
The time of year has come where there are no worries just to be free.
They never knew they could feel this way, they play so happily.
This is the perfect time of the year.
