Today I went to class then went to Michael's. We watched the Outsiders and an episode of Family Guy. It was fun. Now I'm about to eat some Red Beans and Rice and salad. I am going to post a poem by Robert Frost. He is one of my favorite poets. I love how he is so simple in his writing, yet so precise with his rhyme schemes. It is so cool. So here it is. I hadn't actually read/heard this poem till I watched the movie today.
Nothing Gold Can Stay
Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.
Robert Frost
